Professional 140 lb / 300 gsm Heavyweight Paper

Each pad includes 20 or 30 sheets (40/60 pages) of sturdy 140 lb (300 gsm) paper designed to handle wet techniques with ease. The durable surface resists warping and abrasion, making it ideal for washes, glazing, and detailed work. The natural white tone enhances color clarity while staying easy on the eyes during extended painting sessions.

Cold Press & Hot Press Options

Compatible with watercolor, gouache, ink, markers, pencil, and light acrylic. Acid-free paper helps preserve the vibrancy of your artwork over time.

Acid-free and lignin-free

Helps prevent yellowing and brittleness, ensuring long-lasting color stability and archival-quality preservation.

Clean Tear Top Binding

Top-glued binding allows sheets to be removed cleanly and evenly without damaging your artwork. Perfect for plein air painting, studio projects, classroom practice, display, or framing. Comfortable and practical for both left- and right-handed artists.

The product is very good buy I had a terrible experience, I bought this with gift card I got from gift card which i got from a survey, my big brother also gifted me one, I paid everything using gift cards on the website but when my order arrived the delivery guy said that there were ₹606 pending in customs, I paid him that in cash, when I reported thus to the ohuhu support team they said that I could not get my money back but could get another gift card of ₹600, very unsatisfied

Such wonderful experiment and feeling! I love how the water and watercolor blend on the surface. Every stroke with the brush is smooth and easy, the paper can work with more water. The colors are beightly seen. I love working on this paper, if i could i paint all day! ☺️✨️🎨

I have used both the hot and cold press Ohuhu Cotton Top paper and love them both. The pages are thick making them perfect for loose painting and watery washes and correcting those "OOPS" mistakes is easy with a Mr Clean sponge. A big thumbs up from me!

The Wailua paper is a pleasure to use. Hot pressed paper is new to me, but it seems that it receives paint beautifully and also blending goes well.

I used tinted charcoal watercolors and colored pencils. I really like the smooth surface and thickness of the paper. The watercolor dried quickly.

I have testet the hot press version and I love it. I was a little bit skeptical about the texture at first, but it`s great how it works with the watercolors together <3 I will buy it again and will test the cold press paper , too.

Customer photo review of Ohuhu Wailua Cotton-Top Watercolor Pad

I've tried both hot press and cold pressed versions of the cotton top watercolor paper and I'm pleasantly surprised. I tested it against good 100% cotton paper, using high end paint such as Winsor and Newton and Daniel Smith. I've also tried it with Kuretake gansai tambi and gotten good results. Colored pencils work well on the hot press. Though the absorptive rate is slightly different, that isn't a bad thing, as it helps the colors to stay vibrant. Buckling is not any worse than 100% cotton paper either. I've found this to be a quite good alternative to 100% cotton paper that is excellent for practice. The sizes of the sheets are nice and large and I've enjoyed using it. This would work really well for gouache as well and has much better characteristics than standard lignin based paper.

Ohuhu Wailua Cotton-Top Watercolor Pad

The Ohuhu Wailua Cotton-Top Watercolor Pad has been a great addition to my art supplies. The paper feels high quality and handles watercolor beautifully, with minimal warping and excellent color absorption. I especially appreciate how well it supports layering and blending techniques without the paper breaking down. The texture provides just the right amount of tooth for both detailed work and loose washes. Overall, it's an excellent watercolor pad that offers impressive performance and great value for artists of all skill levels.

Ohuhu Wailua Cotton-Top Watercolor Pad

Absolutely impressed by this paper! It's wonderful for practicing all the watercolor techniques, making little doodles or just playing around without feeling like you're actively wasting money. I also love it for printing coloring pages on. Very much hoping for a sketchbook and A3 format. 🤞✨

I entered my niece's address three times but somehow the package got sent to me rather than her. Gave me the chance to see the markers and paper--looked great--and wrap the gift ,though it made it arrive late to her. All good. I might by a set of markers and paper for myself. I could use the outlet.

Ohuhu Wailua Cotton-Top Watercolor Pad

Cotton-Top watercolor paper was something I had never heard of, and was excited to give it a try. The paper has a lightly textured surface and a smoother back side. Pigments flowed beautifully and it handled several applications of water like a champ. I have a new favorite watercolor paper!
