Bonjour j essaye de co ta ter le service après vente pour essayer de résoudre mon soucis. J ai acheter le lot de 200 feutre puis le 2 ème lot pour le compléter. Après avoir comparer les numéro et couleur et ayant fais mes nuancier je me rend compte qu il y a 5 feutres qui n ont pas de pigment ou qui n ont absolument pas la bonne couleurs. Les feutre concerner sont les feutres 28 , 121,135,140,163 . Qu est ce Ue je peux faire pour les remplacer car cela m ennuis vraiment beaucoup. Je vous remercie d avance
