Good customer service
I received these as a gift for Christmas. I love the vibrancy of the color and how easy they are to use. I had trouble with both water pens when I could not unscrew the top to fill with water. I reached out to the company via the email address on included info card. It took a couple exchanges since this was a gift and not my purchase. The issue is now resolved and a replacement is on the way

These are really cool! My kid was having trouble with actual watercolor paint so we tried these. Much easier to work with, colors blend beautifully, tons of vibrant shades. Great purchase!

I Love this company. I had an issue with a couple of marker and they went above and beyond to make it right. The brushes are fabulous and bright. Other company's take note that Ohuhu is point and giving you a run for your money.
