These are really great budget alcohol markers. The set also comes with the carrying case, blank swatch cards, and a nice little plastic protector for when you're using thin paper. The brushes all have plenty of ink, blending is easy, the brush tips are nice (and reversible), and of course... the price is great. I really wish sets like this were available back when I was a teenager. I was an aspiring artist and one of my friends had a nice set of Copics, but I couldn't afford them (or at least, not enough to make a set large enough to actually create any art). An affordable set like this would have been fantastic back then.
The only thing I'd say could be improved is the color selection, but I'm not docking any points because I think it's good enough for the price. Most of the shades are medium/deep, and I really would like to see the addition of pastels (I'd buy the pastel set but they're not in stock). However, the richness of the shades could be a good thing for people who prefer shades that are vibrant and impactful! Another gripe I have is it seems like there's a LOT of greens and pink/red tones, but not very many blues and yellows. I think that some of the greens and reds (and maybe the colorless blender) could have been switched out for blues, yellows, and pastels.
Overall I highly recommend this set if you don't have any alcohol markers already! If you enjoy them enough, I think it would be worth it to replace individual markers you use up with Copics one at a time so you don't have to repurchase this full set (also, the Copics are refillable).
