Perfect set for beginners!
I've been using these for 5 months now and I am just in love!
These are the first alcohol markers I've ever used and I decided to buy Ohuhus because of all the good reviews I've seen about them.
They are so wonderful to use in all the drawing pads I've used them in and the learning curve was easy to get over.
I want to buy a bigger set for more oranges and pinks, but the 72 set does have a nice balance of colours to choose from too!

A year later and still going strong!
I bought these markers a year ago and they still work great! The colors are vibrant and I love the brush tip. It's so good I'm able to color the tiniest spaces. I use them primarily in adult coloring books but they also work great for handlettering and modern calligraphy. I definitely recommend these markers! The only problem I had (and I hesitate to call it a problem) is that the case came apart at the zipper and I had to find a different way to store the markers. The case is great and I think it only came apart due to repeated use, sometimes I open and close the case several times a day. I wouldn't say it's a tight fit but the case is quite snug when closed. If you're not careful, like me, it may come apart. I don't blame Ohuhu because I was pretty rough on the case and it still lasted at least six months. It's been a year and a couple of weeks since I bought the 72 count set and I still love them! You can't go wrong with these.

Great markers for beginner blending/coloring
Just got my Ohuhu alcohol markers today (from their Honolulu line) and am loving them already. I’m new to alcohol markers and blending/shading but I’m having a lot of fun experimenting with these markers. I’ve also tried using the Prismacolor alcohol markers and they’re fine too but you can’t beat Ohuhu’s price point. I only wish I bought the bigger set now! They come in a soft case with a handle and I like that it’s compact. The markers came jumbled together which is how they sit in the case, i.e there aren’t individual slots. The ink colors are also slightly different than what’s on the caps. I’m just glad that they also included swatch cards so I know what code numbers to look for in the case as I can’t depend on the cap color. Being a beginner, I can’t comment a whole lot on their blendability but I do find it pretty easy and I’m satisfied with the results! I’ve been copying what I see crafty people do online with their Copic markers and I think mine come out pretty comparable. The brand of paper matters! So don’t get discouraged if you try blending these markers on lesser quality cardstock. I tried a couple of different brands and the higher quality Neenah brand paper (the kind that a lot of card makers use) really does a great job working with the markers’ blendability. Also, if you’re coloring in stamped images, be sure to use the correct brand/type of stamp ink. Otherwise when you color, the ink may smear and compromise the coloring you’re trying to achieve.

Great alternative to copic
Work well. Blend well. Had an issue with some nibs and dry markers and they sent a whole new set. Still waiting on them. But they work really well. You can see in the photo where the marker started to run out. But the ones that weren’t dry worked great.

Great quality But beware of packaging and no returns
I love this product it works well however the color R7 Old Red came with the cap off in the bag so the chisel tip end is completely dried out. The brush side is still usable but this color will run out first 😭

I LOVE these!!
These markers are wonderful! Some colours don't blend together particularly well, but as I use them more, I learn how to better blend, so I think it is more a case of user error than product error! I seriously love them so much! I was looking for a marker that you couldn't tell was a marker when looking at the finished product, but without paying the price of Copic Markers. These are those! My brother has some less expensive alcohol markers, but they don't colour as nicely as these ones do. They are definitely worth the money, and a great substitute to the Copic Brand. I definitely would recommend these, to beginner artists as well as more seasoned artists like myself. I absolutely love them!

These are great! I am always concerned about buying cheaper versions of markers or paint because the pigments typically aren't as good. Only my first day using them but so far they seem to be awesome especially for the price!

Beautiful pigment!
As we all know, copic markers cost an arm and a leg pretty much anywhere you look. As an alternative these definitely go above and beyond! The pigment is beautiful and bold, if you're looking for pastel or skin color though, I'd suggest you look elsewhere. The bleeding isn't too horrible given your paper quality, but the colors are so worth it! Blending is a bit more difficult however, as they are so bright and there is a bit of streaking if you're not careful with the application. I'd buy these again for sure. Hope this helps!

The only downside? No refills
I'm a beginner at alcohol markers, but I really wanted to learn and Ohuhu's are so fun and friendly and a joy to play with. You don't feel guilty when things don't go to plan and you certainly don't feel pressure because of the price point. I was tempted to get the 120 set, but 72 is a LOT of markers. I do wish they had more browns, but the warm greys really bridge that gap.
Compared to say Prismacolor or Copics I would say that these markers don't have as much deep or sharp color as Prismacolor, and can bleed a little more comparatively and the layering can end up with streaking if you're not working efficiently, but the learning curve is really not bad! I feel that compared to compared to Copics they can feel a little less pigmented and the brush size is bigger than the Copic sketch, but I actually enjoy that! The pastels are just so fun to work with and sometimes the lighter colors when wet don't seem to be doing anything, but then they dry and kind of blow your mind! They work so so well with fineliners, paint and other markers. I've fixed streaky markers with a similar Ohuhu and the results made me fall in love. I wish I could take my set of markers every where I go, and am seriously considering getting a travel set of markers. They're a little translucent if I had to say-but layer so beautifully and you can play around with the opacity simply by doing less layers.
If you are thinking about them and keep thinking about them-they're totally worth it. They pay for themselves-no reason to ignore what others say about them-these are really good markers.
